About the Blog

Busking Narratives is a place to hear the stories of those involved with Busk For A Cure, in various ways. Organisers; buskers; those battling with cancer or Crohn's; people in the community of Newtown; and may others.

Everyone has their own story; everyone has their own life. Each story, each life, brings light and hope to others who face the same struggles. Because that is the power of story. That is the power of truth.

This is the place where stories are shared. They're not made pretty, or more showy, to sound better. This is real people, real stories, real life. If you're willing, then read. Listen. Let yourself be moved and changed by the reality of these narratives. And, if you feel open to it, share your own. Share your heart and struggle. Share your battle and pain. Let us see your light.

Real stories, towards real change.
